Elliot Gooch
Teacher of Singing
Elliot graduated from the Bird College Conservatoire for Dance and Musical Theatre in 2019 and has since gone on to work professionally in the entertainment industry in various plays, films, musicals and concerts. He most recently appeared in the ensemble of the No. 1 UK Tour of Grease, where he was also the first cover for both Danny Zuko and Kenickie, the two male leads. Other performing credits include The Prince and the Pauper at the New Vic, Once On This Island at Southwark Playhouse, Catfish: The Musical at the Turbine Theatre and as a backing dancer for American popstar Pink in the 2019 Brit Awards at the iconic O2 Arena. He also appears in the film All Those Things which has recently premiered on Apple TV and Amazon Prime.
Aside from his acting career, Elliot is also a skilled pianist and trumpeter, having performed classic works at the likes of London’s prestigious Royal Albert Hall, along with premiering new repertoire at New York’s infamous Carnegie Hall, a stage that many famous artistes have once tread, such as Judy Garland, Frank Sinatra, Pink Floyd and Tchaikovsky. Originally from the farming county of Herefordshire, he has enjoyed nurturing students in all disciplines for over four years at various institutions, such as the Glenlyn Academy, and endeavors to continue developing both his teaching and performing talents for years to come.
